Haize is very careful with the use of our customers information. This is our first product, and we believe that treating our users as we would like to be treated ourselves.

The app needs to know the location of the user while it is being used, but we don't store it in our servers.

What information do you share with us? 

As our customer we receive some of your information at various times in the process. This is necessary for us to process your purchase, give you a working product, or respond to any queries. Here’s exactly what information is shared and what we do with it:

1. At the moment of purchase:

At this moment, we just receive your Name and Address. This is needed to send your Haize.

2. While using the app:

For the Haize app to work, it requires you to share your location information so that it can point you in the right direction. We don't save this location information.

The app also gives you the option to save your favourite routes, this information remains in your phone.

We do collect information on how you use the app, such as how regularly you use it, for how long, and using which functions. This information is anonymous and not stored individually.

Do we share your information with third parties?

This is a very important point. We only share the information needed for shipment, but we don't share any other information.
